At CREYO, we believe that every piece of jewelry should bring joy. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy according to the terms and conditions below.

1. Return period

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods . This period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the shipment.

2. Conditions for accepting a refund

The goods must be:

• undamaged, unworn and in original condition
• in original packaging including certificate (if included)
• hygienically safe (especially for earrings - for hygiene reasons they may not be recognized if they have been worn)

Custom-made goods (e.g. personalized jewelry or engraving) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Return procedure

1. Write to us at info@creyo.sk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions including a return address.
3. Pack the goods securely, ideally in the original packaging.
4. Send the package back within 14 days of notification of the return.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments.

4. Refund

After delivery and inspection of the goods, we will refund your money to the account from which the order was paid within 14 days . In case of damage or violation of the terms, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount.
