GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

I. Introductory provisions and definitions of terms

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") of Real Connection sro, Company ID: 56 367 350, with its registered office at Orechová 449/65, 900 23 Viničné, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") arising when purchasing goods through the CREYO online store located at the Internet address www.creyo.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "E-shop").

Products are gold jewelry for ladies, gentlemen and children offered on the E-shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Product" or "Products").

These GTC are an integral part of every purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the E-shop.

II. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The Buyer orders the Products via the order form on the Web interface of the E-shop. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms his agreement with these GTC. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via e-mail.

III. Product and pricing information

The prices listed on the E-shop are final, in euros (€) and including value added tax (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to change prices. The price listed for the Product at the time of order is valid.

IV. Payment terms

The Buyer may pay the price of the Products in the following ways:

Bank transfer to the Seller's account
By payment card via a secure payment gateway
Cash on delivery upon receipt of goods – in cash or by card when picking up the shipment from the courier or at a Packet delivery point, if this option is available when ordering.

Cash on delivery applies exclusively to products that are marked as "in stock".
Cash on delivery does not apply to products marked as "exclusively made to order" or "made to order" , which are produced individually according to the customer's request.
Made-to-order goods can only be ordered with online payment in advance.
The production of such jewelry begins only after payment is received. Orders of this type are binding and after payment confirmation they enter the production process, in which the order cannot be canceled unilaterally.
If the buyer chooses a payment method that is not permitted for the given type of product (e.g. cash on delivery for made-to-order goods), the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and contact the buyer with an offer of an alternative form of payment.

The order will be processed after the payment is credited to the Seller's account or immediately in the case of cash on delivery.

V. Delivery conditions

The Seller ensures the delivery of the Products via courier services (Packeta Home or partner couriers, e.g. GLS) to the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
Slovak Republic: Delivery time is usually within 2-5 business days from order confirmation.
International delivery (EU): The seller also provides delivery to selected countries of the European Union (mainly Germany, Austria, France and other countries listed on the "Shipping and payment" page). The shipping price for these countries is €25 per order , unless otherwise stated in the e-shop or in the order confirmation. The approximate delivery time is 5-8 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and the availability of transport capacities.
All shipments are properly insured. In the event of loss or damage to the shipment during transportation, the seller will provide the buyer with full cooperation in exercising his rights against the carrier.
The seller reserves the right to change the list of countries to which it delivers, while the currently valid information and shipping prices are always published on the "Shipping and Payment" page.

VI. Withdrawal from the contract

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days of receipt of the Product. For this purpose, the Buyer may use the withdrawal form available on the E-shop website. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

VII. Complaints procedure

The Seller provides a statutory warranty of 24 months for the Products. The Buyer is obliged to report defects without undue delay after their discovery. The complaint can be submitted electronically or by post to the Seller's registered office. The Seller will handle the complaint within 30 days of its receipt.

VIII. Protection of personal data

The processing of Buyers' personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and personal data protection principles published on the CREYO E-shop website.

IX. Final provisions

These GTC shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website www.creyo.sk. The Seller is entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC, and the current wording will always be published on the E-shop website.

Legal relationships not regulated by these GTC are subject to the relevant provisions of the legal order of the Slovak Republic.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 1.7.2025.
